How do your MOQ tiers work?
Three tiers, one desk. Trial orders on catalog items start at 50 pcs, so you can test a model before committing. Private label (OEM) on an existing design starts at 1,000 pcs. Your own design with new tooling (ODM) starts at 3,000 pcs. Pick the tier that matches your order plan.
What lead times should I plan around?
Catalog and trial orders run roughly 15–30 days. OEM private-label orders ship in 15–25 working days from confirmation. ODM projects with new tooling take 30–45 working days, and that window includes tooling and trial samples. Artwork approval and sampling sit ahead of these windows, so send files early.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. Sampling is the normal first step. Approve a quotation, then order samples of the catalog model, or a 50-piece trial lot if you want real sales data before a bigger commitment. Sample costs and timing come back in the first reply from the desk, within 24 hours.
How far does customization go?
On OEM: logo, colors, packaging artwork, manuals and app naming, on existing designs. On ODM: a new structure tooled to your design, tooling rights transferred to you, and an NDA signed before engineering. Most briefs sit between the two; send yours and the desk will place it.
What certification support do you provide?
We help you compile CE, RoHS, FCC and UKCA documentation with the supplying factory, per project. That support is included with the order. We do not claim certificates we do not hold — the files are assembled with the supplying factory, for your target market.
Which trade terms and payment methods work?
Shipping runs FOB Shenzhen, EXW or DDP. Payment lands by T/T, PayPal or credit card. Milestones are confirmed in writing with your order confirmation, and the desk sends updates as the run moves. If your market needs a different arrangement, raise it in the first email.
How do I start an order?
Send one email with a product link or photo, the quantity, and your market. The desk replies within 24 hours with pricing direction, the matching MOQ tier and next steps — sampling, artwork, or an NDA for ODM. Quotations and spec sheets carry it from there.
