Compliance & Documentation Support

How compliance works here

This page explains how compliance works when you buy smart pet hardware through PetAI Tech Global. We are a Shenzhen trading company that manages partner factories for overseas buyers. The certificates that matter stay with the supplying factory, and our job is to make sure the right paperwork reaches you, matched to the exact model you ordered, before your goods move. That division of labor is normal in this trade; a desk waving certificates as its own makes claims harder to check, not easier.

What the desk does for each order

For every project we help you compile CE, RoHS, FCC and UKCA documentation with the supplying factory. That means requesting the right test files for the exact SKU, checking that they match your target market, and packaging them with your order documents. Where a file does not yet exist for your variant, we say so and start compiling it with the supplying factory. Certification support is included per project — written into the order, not sold as an extra.

Check the status before you commit

Documentation status differs model by model, so we treat it as a per-project question. Before a deposit, ask the desk for the file status of the exact model and configuration you plan to buy. The answer comes back within 24 hours: what exists, what is being compiled, and what your market expects to see. OEM runs start at 1,000 pcs in 15–25 working days and ODM tooling runs start at 3,000 pcs in 30–45; documentation moves alongside both.

What we do not claim

We do not present certificates as our own, quote certificate numbers as company assets, or promise approvals we do not control. If your channel requires certification held in your name, we say so plainly and set up the route with the supplying factory and the testing behind it. You get an honest status, not a reassuring one.

A checklist before the goods ship

Three checks close most gaps before dispatch. First, the documentation set for the exact SKU — compiled, matched to the target market, attached to the order. Second, the shelf side: packaging artwork, labeling and manuals finalized for your market, inside the OEM artwork scope. Third, the freight side: commercial and shipping documents prepared for FOB Shenzhen, EXW or DDP, so the files travel with the cargo. If any check is still open when production closes, the desk flags it before loading, not after arrival.

Start with the files

Send the model, the quantity and the market you are selling into. The desk replies within 24 hours with documentation status and the next step. Prefer messaging? WhatsApp +86 186 7639 8067 reaches the same desk, and [email protected] lands there too.
